I love this, and I'm so happy for you! As someone who is in Pahla B's target demo, I've struggled with the very real impact of hormone changes, too. Working with a functional medicine doctor and health coach to check on my hormone levels and see what my cortisol levels are doing throughout the day has been a great step in the right direction. I also got a sleep tracking ring that lets me know how 'ready' my body is for the coming day based on how much rest I got and how restful my rest was -- heart rate, respiration rate, heart rate variability, body temp fluctuations, and activity levels from the day before are all taken into account. It's really helped me to pull back as needed and see how much healthier and stronger I get when I take a gentler path. Hope this isn't all sounding like an infomercial! There are just a lot of great tools and people like Pahla B out there to help us navigate 'the P word' (tho I'm fully into 'the M word' phase) and the more we share them, the fewer of us who'll have to try things that don't work or make our symptoms worse. Here's to moderation! xo

I wish I'd read this back in 2021.
I sort of rediscovered this post. We all need reminders of our aha moments :)
